Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Rectangular building aligned east-west is shown on the Mary Tavy Tithe Map; 763 on apportionment ('House and Garden’, owned by John Buller, occupied by John Down and another).

The late 19th century historic map depiction is not very clear but the building may be serving as a pair of cottages at this time.
