Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Narrow rectangular building bordering the road, aligned north-south is shown on the Mary Tavy Tithe Map; 756 on apportionment (‘Cottage and garden, owned by William Floyd, occupied by Richard Holman’).

The late 19th century historic map depiction shows the dwelling itself unchanged from the Tithe Map depiction, although a new small square structure is shown to the south-west of the dwelling. Part of the hamlet marked as 'Lanehead'.
