Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Marked on the Lydford Tithe Map as a tenement at Hexworthy; 1116 on the Apportionment. 'Dwelling house, Garden etc.', owned and occupied by Philip Angel.
Map depicts a single building; the dwelling, which is roughly rectangular, aligned east-west, with probable outshot at the eastern end.

The late 19th century historic map shows an additional building has been added to the north of the farmhouse and the outshot is not shown. Additional buildings to the east may be part of the farm, but could alternatively be part of the neighbouring farm (MDV6413).
