University of Southampton, 2018, North Devon Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey Desk-Based Assessment, FID 3689 (Interpretation). SDV361978.

'Post' marked on 1930s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map and as 'Wreck post' on Ordnance Survey mastermap. Reportedly erected by coastguard for training and still visible on recent aerial photos. Reportedly the only one left in north Devon.
