Sheds/privys located at SX 45053 68823. The small buildings at the bottom of a new garden are likely to have been either garden sheds or more likely toilets. They are in a relatively stable condition. All the main walls survive to their original height with many intact gable ends and doorway openings. Other details: Site No. 57.2.

The Small Buildings are illustrated on historic mapping at the bottom of the new garden and were interpreted as Sheds or Privys located at SX 45053 68823. In 2006, the small range of single storey killas buildings at the bottom of the garden were found to be in a relatively stable condition, with the main walls surviving to their original height, and gable ends and doorway openings intact.
During this survey, the Outbuildings were overgrown and the masonry was frequently open jointed with localised stonework voids. There were no obvious signs of recent collapses, although a pile of overgrown masonry in the western room may relate to a more recent structural failure around the opening on the south side. The Outbuildings were assessed to be in poor condition and deteriorating. Other details: Site No. 57.2.
