9. Plumbers' and Coppersmiths' Shop. Workshop adjoining the power house comprising a square, single-storey brick shed. It was built circa 1920 as part of the new Philip & Son shipyard. Building currently used as a store and workshop for Dartmouth Higher Ferry. See report for further details.
