Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Barn depicted, aligned north-west to south-east, to the north of the Saw Mill. Two other buildings are also shown as part of the complex.

Information submitted with a planning application shows the building to be a two storey stone-built barn with a corrugated steel sheet roof. Adjoining the south-east end is a single storey mono-pitch timber framed annexe.
