Summary

Hut with an internal diameter of 7.0 metres, walling 1.4 metres thick and 0.6 metres high and an east entrance. A field bank in poor condition extends from the south west quadrant of the hut and another cross bank of later date almost abuts each side of the hut on the north.

(03/12/1977) Five widely spaced hut circles, centred at SX 681716, occur on the crest and north slopes of a spur between 310 and 330m OD. Each seems to be associated with a single rectilinear field of from 0.5 to 1.0 ha within the local reave system.
SX 6811 7159. A type 1 hut in a crest situation. The internal diameter is 7.0 metres, with walling 1.4 metres thick and 0.6 metres high and an east entrance. A field bank in poor condition extends from the south west quadrant of the hut and another cross bank of later date almost abuts each side of the hut on the north.
