A series of closely parallel approximately north to south orientated earthwork banks are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The banks correspond with an orchard plot recorded on the Tithe Map and depicted on the First and Second Edition OS maps. The banks are visible on aerial photographs dating to the 1940's, by which time the orchard has passed out of use. The banks are interpreted as planting ridges for orchard trees of post-medieval to 19th century origin, that passed out of use prior to circa 1940.
