A series of closely parallel north-east to south-west orientated linear banks circa 4m apart are visible as earthworks on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. They correspond with a nursery plot recorded in the Tithe Survey. The plot is depicted as an orchard on the First and Second Edition OS maps. The banks are interpreted as tree planting ridges of post-medieval to 19th century origin, that passed out of use by the mid-20th century.
