Full description

University of Southampton, 2018, North Devon Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey Desk-Based Assessment, FID 4379 (Interpretation). SDV361978.

Three north-east to south-west aligned drains spaced across 20 to 25 metres and a drain running around the field boundary with a sluice at the north-east end. The drains are marked on late 19th century and early 20th century mapping, and are visible on aerial photographs taken between 2006 and 2013, and lidar captured between 2008 and 2014. The drains appear to be 220 metres long, three metres wide and half a metre deep.
