Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
A dwelling is depicted on the Tithe Map, south-west of the slightly larger dwelling ('Splatton'), which is subdivided into two and both described as 'Splatton Cottages'. The plot number and map are both unclear for this plot and cannot be read.

'Splatton' is depicted on the late 19th century historic map. By this time the large house has been constructed; appears to abut this dwelling, which may also have undergone alteration.
