A bank and ditch-defined D-shaped enclosure of possible later prehistoric date is visible as an earthwork on images derived from lidar, located on the south-west facing combe slopes west of Morrell’s Cross, Morebath parish. The enclosure is possibly crossed by later relict boundaries.

HER record (MDV121855) of post-medieval field boundaries in this general location but there is clear earthwork evidence shown on LiDAR for an earthwork enclosure unrelated to the historic field pattern
