Oval enclosure but could be the remains of a landscaping plantation (see 1905 map) as a possible circular plantation shown 160m southwest of here.

Environment Agency, 2021, University of Exeter Understanding Landscapes Project - Lidar visualisation (Cartographic). SDV366001.

An oval banked enclosure is visible as an earthwork.

Hegarty, C., 2024, Comment on Unlocking Landscapes project interpretation (Personal Comment). SDV366085.

The enclosure measures approximately 23m in diameter, which seems a little small for a prehistoric enclosure with such a substantial bank, albeit probably somewhat spread. No ornamental tree clump is depicted on the Ordnance Survey second edition map available in the location suggested by the above authority, but a plantation or tree clump bank seems a more probable interpretation.
