Linear and curvilinear banks and ditches are visible as earthworks on images derived from lidar data on the north-west facing slopes to the south-west of Roadway Farm, Morthoe. The earthworks have been interpreted as evidence of a formerly more extensive settlement, possibly of medieval date.

Earthworks suggestive of a shrunken settlement are visible.

Linear and curvilinear banks and curvilinear hollows are visible as earthworks on images derived from lidar data to the south-west of Roadway Farm.

The earthworks might include field boundaries, tracks and building platforms associated with a previously more extensive settlement, but may simply represent former infield boundaries associated with Roadway Farm.
