A ring ditch, probably the remains of a barrow of Bronze Age date, is visible on aerial photographs of May 2020 as circular cropmark roughly 16m in diameter, near the summit of a of a plateau to the west of Torrington Cross, Chittlehampton parish. It is one of three in a group or possible small barrow cemetery overlooking the River Bray to the east.
