A curvilinear ditch is visible as a cropmark.

A curvilinear cropmark up to 1.5m wide and over 100m long is visible on aerial photographs of 2020 crossing the contours of on the steep east-facing slopes north-east of Bidbeare Barton. The ditch might represent the north and eastern edge of an oval enclosure of prehistoric date, up to 73m long and 37m wide. A break in the cropmark at its westernmost point might represent an entrance but the cropmark is possibly incomplete, potentially obscured or disturbed by cropmarks of agricultural or geological origin. It is not clear how the cropmark relates to the enclosure previously recorded in this area as MDV59226.
