A ditched enclosure of probable prehistoric or Romano-British date is visible as a dark cropmark on aerial photographs of 2020, on the south facing slopes to the north-west of Boehill Farm. The cropmarks define an oval enclosure approximately 30m by 35m across, with a break in the south-east facing side possibly representing an entrance.
