A small bridge over a stream near a former orchard, now part of the cemetery of the Church of St John in the Wilderness, is reputed to be medieval in origin. The bridge seems to have been altered and added to over the years, but the large stones at the base of the bridge, visible from the upstream, northern side, appear to be original.
