A mound circa 12m in diameter is visible as an earthwork.

A mound is visible on images derived from lidar data as a roughly circular earthwork up to approximately 12m in diameter, to the north of Bampfylde Clump, North Molton. It may be the near plough-levelled remains of a barrow of Bronze Age date, potentially forming part of a dispersed group on Bampfylde Hill.
