The visible earthwork banks do not correspond to any boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map for Berry Pomeroy.

Curvilinear and linear banks are visible on images derived from lidar data, as earthworks on the summit and south-facing slopes of Loventor, Bery Pomeroy. The banks are up to approximately 7m wide and 100m long. They do not correspond to any boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map for Berry Pomeroy and are interpreted as the remains of field boundaries of medieval or post-medieval origin that had been removed prior to the mid-19th century. They may be associated with adjacent mounds interpreted as possible clearance cairns.
