Pope, N., 2025, Devonshire Regiment Ornamental Arches (Ground Photograph). SDV366475.

Two ornamental arches that formerly stood outside Devonshire Regiment Cottage Homes now stand outside one of the former gunners' barracks near the main gate of Wyvern Barracks. The pairs of cottage homes, in Pinhoe Road, Exeter and in Brixton and were built in 1903 and c.1921 respectively.
The accompanying brass plaque implies the arch from Pinhoe was moved to the barracks in 1991.
