Just north of Leigh Cross on the eastern branch of the B3193 Newton Abbot to Dunsford road, one mile south of the B3312 Dartmoor road. A rectangular two-storey cottage on the west side of the road, the upper storey is level with the road and has a blocked-up porch. Called 'Turnpike Cottage' but there is no evidence that this was ever a turnpike road.
