Just past the fork of the Okehampton and Barnstaple roads in Copplestone, on the west side of what is now the southbound section of the one-way system on the Barnstaple road. Built in 1854, it is similar in design to Chenson. It has been heavily modified with mock black and white facings and a brick porch.

On the southbound A377 at Copplestone. It was built by Mr Vowler for £80 on the new road from Exeter to Barnstaple, who was paid for the work in 1830. It was sold in 1884 for £100. Spoilt by the addition of a brick porch and mock Tudor black and white facings on the upper storey.
