The rear wing is 16th century, and has some stone mullioned and transomed windows. Listed grade II.

Old Lynch; a mid-17th century house of stone and cob. It is of 2 cells and 2 storeys with later additions, or rebuilding to south and east. No original doorways remain. The ground-floor windows on the north side are of five lights with hollow-chamfered mullions and transoms. Walls stand on a stone base, above which they are cob faced with stone on the ground floor, and cob alone on the first floor.
