Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880s, Ordnance Survey (Cartographic). SDV848.
South Whimple Farm is shown as 'Alma Villa' on os 25" (1880s) map with South Whimple farmstead shown to the north at SY00079530 (see PRN 67121). 'Alma Villa' is shown as a large square building on the west side of a rectangular yard with two adjoining buildings on the north side.

'Alma Villa' is shown as 'Southwhimple Farm' on OS 25" (1906) map with only a small rectangular building remaining at the former site of South Whimple farm at SY00079530 (see PRN 67121).
