Appenticeships at Drummet's Mill are recorded in 1697, 1770 + 1823.

Mill working. Mill leat leading from Langtree Lake (at SS477192). Shown on OS 6" 1963.

The mill is no longer in working condition, the wheel no longer exists; however the mill building is still there, and on the first floor the great spur wheel is still in position, including the bed stone beside it. The cogs of the wheel are of applewood. Parts of the first floor are unsafe. It is now a working farm. The leat originally led from Langtree Lake NGR SS477192. Last used as a mill in the late 1940s.
