Yealm Bridge over River Yealm. Early 19C. Ashlar. Single span with wide segmental arch. Small flood arch at west end. Parapet with plain coping. Pilasters piers at the ends of the abutments. The bridge was recorded in 1809 as being "very old" and having three arches and therefore the present bridge must be post 1809. Reference. C. Henderson and E. Jervoise - Old Devon Bridges, page 22.
