Full description
Worth, R. N., 1880, 2nd Report of the Barrow Committee, 139 (Article in Serial). SDV123157.
Ordnance Survey, 1982 - 1983, SY19SE3 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV342956.
Site visit on 02/02/1982. A grass covered circular peat and flint mound, 7.5 metres in diameter, 0.3 metres high. No ditch. Similar to Barrow 'A'. Apparently unexcavated. Other details: Plan, site E.

Ploughing undertaken in July 2002 close to the barrow groups was surveyed by Exeter Archaeology. This barrow survives, circa 7.5 metres in diameter, circa 0.3 metres high, although area trampled by cattle.

SMR describe grass covered circular peat and flint mound, no ditch, 7.5 metres diameter, by 0.3 metre high. During field survey mound located slightly to north of grid reference given. However, descriptions match and is assumed to be same feature. Mound located at grid reference SY 17558 94665, some 6 metres to south of current trackway. Mound circa 7.5 metres diameter by 0.3 metre high with flattish uneven top. No ditch identified.
