Summary
Possible remains of Holditch Farm. To the north of Kit Tin Mine is a small mortated stone house still in use for hay. A few paces north of this lies the ruin of a rectangular building beside a spring. Very eroded with turf covered walls. Much older than the mine and probably all that remains of Holditch.

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Depicted on the Tithe Map as part of Holditch: 341 on the Sheepstor apportionment ('Barn and lane').

Possible remains of Holditch Farm. To the north of Kit Tin Mine is a small mortated stone house still in use for hay. A few paces north of this lies the ruin of a rectangular building approximately 4.0 metres by 10 metres aligned east-west beside a spring. Very eroded, turf covered walls. Much older than the mine and probably all that remains of Holditch.
