1839, Bovey Tracey (Cartographic). SDV292968.
Site of a farmstead part of the hamlet at 'Little Bovey'. Shown on Tithe Map as No 2169, 'dwelling house and farm buildings'.

Immediately S of the present farmhouse is a field containing hummocky earthworks representing the remains of this farmstead. Not apparently noted by Mitchell in DCRA survey. Other details: Site visit.
