Full description
Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 84 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.
22, Leechwell Street. Earlier 18th century. Two storeys. Double fronted. Welsh slate roof with plain wooden eaves band. Late 18th century recessed sash windows with glazing bars and timber lintels. Ground floor window at south end with Yorkshire sashes. Recessed doorway with console-bracketed cornice, modern surround and "tudorbethan" door.
