Des=os 6" map/(1884). Described as an old limekiln on os 1884 map (os map).

Des=griffiths, d. M. /as above. Vis=15/2/1984 (griffiths) os 1:2500 (1960) suggests two kilns, but only one visible, facing road, but divided from it by a yard. Very overgrown, though large opening to shaft still visible. Shaft blocked. Stone wall links kiln to ruin behind.
