Nos 4, 5 and 6 Courtenay Park Road. Mid 19th century range. Two storeys stuccoed. Slate roof gabled at ends and breaking forward. Six windows in all. The windows to gables are round-headed. Ground floor windows are pedimented. No 5 has a round-headed doorcase. Nos 4 and 6 have doorcases in sides.

4, 5 and 6 Courtenay Park Road. Symmetrical terrace of three houses. Mid 19th century. Painted stucco, continuous wide-eaved slate roof with stacks to returns and party walls. Double-depth plans. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; each house is 2-window range, with projecting gabled outer bays making 1:4:1 fenestration. Originally the terrace had a plain eaves band, continuous moulded sill band and plinth. All windows, except to No.4, have bracketed sills, continued as sill band, those to the ground floor tripartite with shallow plain pediments. Gabled terminal bays stepped forward with rusticated quoins (removed to No.4) and semicircular-arched windows with radial glazing bars to the first floor and entrances in the returns. No.4 to the left has plate-glass windows and all mouldings have been removed. The radial glazing bars of the semicircular-arched window have been retained. No.5 at the centre has a semicircular rusticated arch to a door to the right; it has 20th century windows and door. No.6 has retained original sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of the Courtenay Park development, laid out in 1854. Date listed: 26th March 1975.
