Nos 14 and 15, courtenay park road. Mid 19th century pair. Two storeys stuccoed with slate roof. Two gables of one bay each breaking forward at ends with fretted bargeboards. Central buttress. Four mullioned and transomed casements with architraves. Ground floor has two 5-light square bays with decorative cornices. Doorcases in side.

14 and 15 Courtenay Park Road. Semi-detached pair of houses, No.15 to the left is now offices. Mid 19th century. Painted stucco, continuous slate roof with moulded stacks to party walls and returns. STYLE: Picturesque Tudor. PLAN: Double-depth. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attics; symmetrical 4-window range to the pair, with gabled outer bays making 1:2:1 fenestration. The outer bays are stepped forward with fretted bargeboards to the gables; the party wall is fronted by a weathered buttress; raised surrounds to most windows. Single-light windows to the gable attics (No.15 has a late 19th century square casement); cross-windows to the first floor and right of ground floor of No.14. Other ground floor windows are similar 3-light casements in rectangular bays with pendant cast-iron friezes under hipped copper roofs. Entrances in the returns in glazed porches similar to the bays. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of the Courtenay Park development, laid out in 1854. Date listed: 26th March 1975.
