Circa 1830. Two storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Three sashes with glazing bars intact. Stringcourse. Rusticated ground floor. Central doorcase with rectangular fanlight. Attached spear railings. The rear of this building is no 1 Canal Road.
