Formerly listed as No 5 Bedford Place. Early 19th century. Two storeys and basement stuccoed, the ground floor rusticated and with arcaded treatment under windows. Hipped slate roof. Moulded stringcourse. Three windows with glazing bars intact. One storey set back entrance blocks.
