County Primary School annexe, Plymouth Road. Mid 19th century building formerly the Grammar School. One storey coursed rubble with granite dressings. Slate roof with central bell turret having weather vane. Crenellated parapet with shield. Four three-light mullioned and transomed windows with hood mouldings. Central shield and gargoyles. One storey wings with half- hipped roofs to front. These project to rear with a covered cloister on three sides. Three centred arches to cloisters.
