Full description

Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 24 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.

Nos 3 and 4, Louisa Terrace.1830-40. A pair. Colourwashed roughcast facade with moulded eaves cornice and parapet.3 storeys and basement. No 3 also has attic dormers.2 windows, generally sashes, unbarred or with late 19th century glazing. No 4 has jalousies. Doric side porches with double doors of 6 panels (some panels now glazed). No 3 has rectangular fanlight. Both have recessed side extensions of 2 windows each.
