Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 27 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Nos 2 and 4, Montpellier Road. Mid/later19th century. A pair, 1 building. Colourwashed stucco facade with quoins, wide eaves and hipped corrugated roof with red ridge tiles.2 storeys.3 windows sashes with glazing bars. Heavy moulded cornice above ground floor. Centre round arched door with panelled reveals, plain round fanlight and pilasters with masks (pilasters carried up to link with cornice). Side facade to albion street has porch with rusticated treatment and 3 windows including some blanks. Added rear 2 storey 1 windowed wing.
