Full description

Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 37 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.

No 45, The Strand. Late 18th/early 19th century. Stucco façade grooved to imitate masonry. Slates. 3 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with late 19th century glazing. Altered 19th century shop front retains end consoles, pilastrs and cornice. South-west door has cornice and pilasters. Panalled reveals and plain rectangular fanlight. Centre recessed shop door, similar fanlight and moulded, shouldered architrave.
