Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 41 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Mundy's Farmhouse and The Country Cottage (The Old Country House Inn), West down Lane. At one time, the Old Country House Inn, now divided into 2 cottages. Façade has early 19th century character but building probbly older. Roughcast. End elevations of brick and stone. Thatched roof. 2 storeys. 5 windows, modern casements, and above, pointed half dormers with gothic glazing bars. Modern rustic porch to Mundy's Farmhouse.

Building shown in this location on the 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map. Comparison between this and modern mapping suggests that the building has been extended and enlarged. A number of outbuildings are shown on the 1880s-1890s map immediately to the south-east but these are no longer extant.
