Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 43 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
The Old Vicarage and attached street boundary wall. Early 19th century facade. Colourwashed roughcast facade of 2 storeys. Building has gable end, with 1 window on each floor, to street. Elaborate bargeboards. Main facade faces south west 2 storeyed splayed bays on each side of doorway, casements with gothic lights. Tudor porch. Bargeboards and eaves fascia carved with trefoils. Slate roof, probably originally thatched. Circa 8 foot high painted brick coped wall containing garden door with gothic head and brick piers.
