Full description

Premised occupied by Exmouth Wine Company Ltd, and No 1A, Beacon Hill. 19th century. Part of this building is a projecting polygonal block with painted brick facades. Ground floor shop front with entablature (cornice frieze architrave and pilasters). Shop windows probably replaced. 4 sash windows (including 1 blank) above, glazing bars. Adjoioning 2 storey house of painted brick. 2 windows including 1 blank, attic storey with dormer. Dorway with moulded archivolt and fanlight. Included for group value.
