Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 14 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Nos 15 and 17, Bicton Street. Early 19th century. Red brick. No 15 corrugated asbestos roof, No. 17 slates. 2 storeys and 15 has attic window in side gable end. 4 windows, sashes No. 15 unbarred, No. 17 late 19th century glazing. No. 15 has large earlier 20th century rectangular bay on ground floor. Side door with radial fanlight, the whole set in rendered panel under cornice. No. 17 retains round arched fanlight (later glazing) and panelled reveals.
