Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 18, 19 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Nos 1 to 27 Clarence Road. Probably circa 1830. 2 rows of terraced stucoed houses. Wide bracketed eaves. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes, most retain their glazing bars. Nos 3 to 15 (odd) have porches supported on clusters of slender cast iron columns with side trellis balustrades. No 23 has elaborate square trellis porch. (No. 3's porch damaged, that of No. 21 had modern tiled hood).
