Full description
Department of Environment, 1973, Great Torrington, 26 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV2214.
Probably 18th century altered, two storey three windows, stippled rendering. Steep roof. Moulded eaves fascia. Sash windows with exposed frames and glazing bars. Moulded architrave and flat hood to recessed doorway.

A brown-glazed tile with design K19, together with some broken pieces which were discarded, was found by builders amongst rubble in a ground floor fireplace in 1998. It showed some surface wear.
