Summary
Site of kiln depicted on Tithe Map. The site, at the end of the lane leading north-west out of Westleigh, was close to the Torridge estuary. It is not shown on the 1880s-1890s first edition map. Part of an old wall, possibly that of the lime kiln, was recorded above the road in 1992.

Circular feature and adjacent rectangular building marked on Tithe Map. Field 749 is recorded as Kiln and Waste on the apportionment.
