Full description

Warehouse, Ebrington Street. Datestone 1802. Coursed rubble. Corrugated asbestos half-hipped roof. Three storeys. Six windows, modern two-light casements, red brick segmental arches. To right on each floor doorways with gantry above louvred bellcote.

Site of Hingston's Malthouse at 38 Ebrington Street. Property remained a malthouse until circa 1950, and by 1972 it was a warehouse of boat builders 'Bonwitco'. It has recently been developed for housing.
