Full description

Early to mid 19th century stucco terrace, two window houses with two storeys and attics. Round headed doorways with plain reveals and fanlights. Incised decoration to pilasters, sash windows with glazing bars at first floor, at ground floor mainly altered. Hipped sash dormers. Leighton House, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consecutive) South Place, Pindar Lodge, Nos 1 and 2 Victoria Place form a group in important position

The group note appearing againt the entry for Leighton House, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consec) South Place, and Pindar Lodge, The Promenade, should be amended to read 'Leighton House, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consec) South Place, Pindar Lodge, Victoria Place (Nos 1-8) form a group in important position'.
